Take four more rogue levels and find a friendly wizard who can make potions.

Yeah dude, drop the Sorc. Literally gives you nothing.

If you insist on keeping the sorcerer levels (I wouldn't, unless it's for RP?), you'd be better served by taking them later in your build. Ideally in epic levels, to maximize your AB.
Right now, you're looking at a Rogue 10/Fighter 7/Sorc 3 spread pre-epic. This nets you 15 BAB, which not only is pretty poor for a melee, but is one point shy of netting you an extra attack.
Rogue 12/Fighter 8 pre-epic will net you 17 BAB. A final split of Rogue 17/Fighter 10/Sorc 3 will also net you one more feat and +1 dex from the 10th level fighter bonus. Otherwise, there's really no point in springing for nine fighter; nine does no more than eight.
You've terrible CON. Consider dropping some from strength to increase that to 14. You can drop strength a little more, even, and pull some from charisma for more intelligence. This nets you more skill points and, importantly, greater feat access (e.g. Improved Knockdown).
Mobility and Spring Attack are useless for a rogue. Drop them. You should be taking tumble anyway.
Other options to sub in: Improved Knockdown (better KD), Exotic Weapon Proficiency (kukris are better than shortswords, albeit marginally for a rogue), Toughness (super helpful for a d6 hit die class).
Improved Sneak Attack is pretty bad. Drop this too. The replacement here is obvious: you'll want ESF: Discipline. Prepare to be KD'd a lot otherwise.

Thank you for the responses guys. It seems that the only class I should play is wizard, the rest of the classes are pretty unknown to me.

I'd just play a rogue 22/Fighter 6 and use True Strike potions. Taking the wizard levels give you no extra advantage.

Should also be taking expertise at first, not knockdown. Aim for improved expertise by level 5. Early AC is crazy useful in those levels as a safety feat and it gives you the ability to -guard someone who can actually deal damage, unlike a rogue, and get you real experience instead of literal garbage amounts.
