I signed up for a prisoner collar.

It won't come off (other PCs have tried to remove it). Wish says it looks like a slave collar to him.

The NPC (you know the one) agrees with me and won't let me start the quest to get it off.

Did you, by any chance, lasso a creature and bring it to a slavemaster or talk to a slavemaster on your own after your prisoner collar was applied?

I thought that issue was supposed to be fixed? Has nobody tested it since then?

Guessing it hasn’t been reported broken since then. Best to have the one who fixed it investigate.

I did indeed speak to the Slavemaster. That would explain it. Please fix it?

You can have a DM remove the collar so you can have the proper one applied if you need to, so if you see one online ask them for help. It's what I would do.

Hi Enigmatic do You remember when did You speak to the slave master? Maybe that happened before the fix was implemented (27/09)?

Looking by the code I don't see anything which would cause Your PC to be "promoted" from prisoner into a full slave after talking with the slavemaster anymore.

Are You certain that Your PC is/was not a slave?

What does the releaser NPC says in its dialog?

The releaser says I need a better collar.

Trying to remove it manually (following appropriate roleplay) only said it won't come off.

DM_Wish said my collar appears to be a slave one.

I have logs proving I selected prisoner when I signed up.

This all happened over the last couple of weeks, so it is post "fix."

I see the confusion, without giving away too much that is an IC clue for your character to do something. They are not refusing to let you start the quest line, they are giving you your first task with very few details.

Ok Bug confirmed and issue identified - seems I need to fix the previous fix with much more coding then initially expected.

Will put in a fix tomorrow.

Awesome. Meanwhile, DMs removed my collar, I put on the correct one then got it removed properly.
