Change level 30 Fighter AC, Hit and damage buff to 28th

To give a little love to those who choose to invest all thirty levels into fighter and so give up on all the lovely benefits of multi classing the benefits should be bought forward to 28th.
This would give the +3 AC and +1 Hit and Damage a little earlier but really doesn't shift the balance of power and with some abilities already gained at 23rd level the gain every five levels has already been broken.
