Tells your character to try and intercept attacks on a character whose name starts with [Text], or alternatively you can send this command as a tell to the target. You must stay close to them for this to work!

(a) Include details of how to end guarding a character as per here viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1563

(b) Include a mention about it not protecting against AoOs. I've travelled even with an epic blaster caster who was unaware of the benefits of Defensive Casting.

Additionally, a way to guard archers would be fabulous.
