Let me preface this by saying that traditionally, I prefer to be left alone by DMs. I prefer to avoid quests and plots and do my own thing.
However last night I had a delightful interaction with DM Sollers; the NPCs were real, human, and were not overly dramatic or immersion breaking. The stakes felt intense and there was a pressure for time- so much that I stopped looting because I felt like it'd give us a time advantage. It was also the -perfect- level of difficult, which is something a lot of DMs still work on finding the balance for.
Even when there was NPC deaths it wasn't overly dramatic or silly. All in all, well done story telling that was simple, to the point, believable, and compelling.
Shout out to my man Holger who was an honorary paladin for a day.
I will look forward to anything else you have to do DM Sollers!

Re: DM Sollers
Thanks, sharing the sentiment. Elisha and Holger played very well into the scene. See you next time.
Be kind.
