A little something for rogues

There have been alot of new paths for majority of the base classes, as well as a tweak or two without the paths. Now, I have come up with a little something for rogues as they are. This is my first suggestion here so bare with me. My ideas are the following:

1) Rogue's get a set ammount of bonus to their 'rogue'-skills. This includes all of their class skills. It may be +1 at every two, three or four levels but here's the trick: The bonus applies only to skills that the character has a skill focus feat to the said skill. It prevents insanely and superbly skilled rogues in every field, but it creates a reason to dedicate the character for something with the skill-cookie. This skill bonus only counts in the rogue levels, thus giving a little cookie to play pure rogue and not make those silly singing thieves better in breaking in with their four levels of rogue.

2) Lower the quarter lock and traps DC's: This gets love and hate, and everyone has their opinion of it. What I seek with this is not to lower all of the DC's to 20 or something ridiculously low, but give them a DC cap tied to the areas they are. For example an estate at the Upper Cordor would naturally have higher DC because of location, nobility, guards, and the overall cost of the manor to buy and maintain. On the other hand, a room at the Social Club is located to the 'bad' part of the city, thus giving it a lower cap in the DC's. Or tie the DC cap to the cost of the quarter.

3) And this one is tied to the first suggestion: Path of Burglar. Sacrifice sneak attack/cut it in half or even one third of it, and get that +1 bonus to each of rogue's burglary/sneaky skills for x-ammount of levels in rogue.
