Priority Warp Destinations

When it gets laggy, using the portal system is a terrible process of flipping all the way to the last page to get back "home", which can take quite a while when a queue forms.
For the underdark, is there a way to get the Hub and outpost and portal chamber to be listed always as the first picks?
Similarly on the surface, which I grow increasingly unfamiliar with, the arcane tower and portal chamber and maybe the wharftown portal?
