When you sign a note as a pseudonym, it should use whatever your current floaty name is, without the disguised tag if applicable.

Allows for skulldiggery RP, forgery, etc, etc.

If names could be perfectly forged with the use of this mechanic, it would throw the entire Arelithian legal system into disarray. I guarantee that every political official on the island would have a signed confession to their worship of Shar, Cyric, and Bane, and their regular consumption of baby flesh, posted on every message board, on day one.

I'm not suggesting that this is necessarily a bad thing, just something to think about.

Perhaps make it so it would be possible to get more pseudonyms added by contacting a DM? Or make it so that when forging someone's name, a spot check is made vs bluff to determine if you recognize it as not being the real thing, which then allows you to remove it regardless of who posted it, where it is and whose name is forged (even if it's not your name)?

Why not make it add an invisible spot check against the writer's bluff, with a flag popping up saying "Note is forged" to the reader if they beat the spot check?

Shouldn't search also be a viable option when investigating the authencity of a note?

A recipe for some sort of component needed to forge signatures. And these would be detectible by -investigate and maybe diviners too.

Random thought: Diviners are not able to directly see if the signature is a forgery, but rather would see the signatory's attunement. That would both allow a diviner to (in most cases) recognise if something was signed by someone they are familiar with while requiring further investigation for others, and require the forger to cooperate with a diviner to maximise the chance of the fake signature being taken for a genuine one.
