No level 2 weapon finesse for str rogues.

Very simple. If a character has more strength than dex, don't give them weapon finesse on the second rogue level. I can only see that breaking kukris for them otherwise.

Literally not sure what you're saying here, my dude.
If a character has more strength than dex, finesse does precisely zero for them. No impact, positive or negative, on their AB whatsoever. The game does and always has counted the higher of the two if you have finesse.
