Some piety Sugestions

1. May the Kelemvor, Jergal and lathander worshipers gain piety when destroying undeads?
2. May the diferent Deities worshipers get double piety when achieving piety into their propper deity planes? (or maybe get 0.5 piety per beat tick staying in the said plane). perhaps, when in the Anvil /Air elemental plane/ a worshiper of Akadi could get +0.5 to piety per beat-tick (each 6 minutes)
3. When you are an epic character... May there be a X % chance (like 1% or such) to get an protective avatar summoned of your deity when you got dead and insta resurrected by your deity?
