Logging into the Beamdog client requires an e-mail, and there's nowhere to login with old player names in the game itself. I read the server migration thread in the announcements section, but it's not very enlightening. Please outline the specifics of where to login with different player names to retrieve old characters.

find your old nwn folder and search for cd keys.
copy the cd key file.
find your nwn EE folder and search for cd keys. (just search for keys in documents if you got it over steam) to pinpoint paste location
paste the file with the cd key from nwn into the nwn ee folder were the nwn EE key is located.
Note: the two files don't have the same names and no renaming is required.

log into Arelith with your old account names to xfer old characters.

ps. iam not front of my computer so not sure if it works as i dotted down from memory. but i hope it's a start atliest.
