Another suggestion for Sibyad update/expansion

Move the NPC's Urk'an and Oo'rak fo the stained paw pack to somewhere either in sibyad or the desert near sibyad, given they were originally on the surface, and having them move would fit RP that gnolls are nomadic anyways.
