My first thought when I saw them was... hmm... those guards don't have heads.

I think the idea of using actual armor models instead of a creature-template is brilliant.

My feedback on it is maybe lose the THIGHS and the BICEPS making those pieces invisible in addition to the head.

More "Animated Suit" thing and less "Headless Guard"

I had considered this when I initially designed the models; however, often it comes off less appealing in appearance. Plus suits of armor are connected at points, so I rather keep them there for the sake of consistency.
