First, nice change. I like cooldowns and this should do a lot for those races.

But I am assuming if you aren't a drow/duergar/svirf and take the +ECL gift of invisibility or darkness, you don't get those on cooldowns as well? Are these still 1 use/ day? Perhaps if not, they should be on cooldown as well?

Though not included in the most recent update, the Gifts of Darkness, Hiding, and Light will be similarly shifted to cooldown mechanics.

It is prudent to note that if you have several innate spell abilities from race and gift they will share cool down.

Assume for example you have darkness on 4 min cool down and invis on 8 min cool down. If you then use invis, the 8 min cool down will apply both to darkness and invis, before you can use any of them again.
