Ive been told there is "werebeast" that has horns and can use weapons.

The picture under 'There are also these too' Is a 'Wereboar' which are found in Arelith in a few locations. They have horns, but I've never seen them use weapons. [This doesn't mean they can't.]

You might be talking about the saytars on Skal? they aren't Werebeasts, but they're the only beast-like creature that has horns and uses weapons that I can think of.

There are also "Beasts of Malar" that you might be thinking of. They are basically just manticores.

Honesty, they could just be wereboars.

I was told about these werebeasts that are in a end game dungeon with vampires and allot of death..

it just interested me what a beast like that would look like.

I found this monstrosity in the Derlson estate, maybe its the Werebeast you speak of?

As far as I know, it is. These werebeasts can be found in the Manor of Mourn, if I'm right about what the author is asking about.
