Planar Binding Books

I suggested this back when things were changed with Planar Binding. I'm glad that it is random, as it prevents some pretty serious scrying on the player card, but I also thought it would be neat to have planar binding books much like the elemental books of summon creature 7-9.
A few reasons to suggest this: There are quite a few characters who are sworn to kill something that is against their alignment.
A LG character is probably as thrilled to see a devil as a CE character is seeing a celestial. I've seen some mages pull it off in RP that they believe the randomly designated summon is there to kill them.
While this is great and all, attempting to use one in battle leads to painfully awkward and annoying situations dealing with the mechanics of rest meters. The much easier alternative is to simply disregard the planar binding spells - and I imagine that is the case for strictly alligned characters.
A few concepts had a sort of "finishing touch" by using their planar summons in RP in and out of combat. Did it make or break the character? Of course not, but it definitely added a bit of flavor.
