Console command for listing outfits

Pretty much the topic. We have a list for the names of descriptions in case it is forgotten, but none for outfits. I now have two "lost" outfits because I didn't write them down, and had to recreate them again. While this is an inconvenience for me, I can't imagine it does the database any favors.
