Add Monk's Belt Recipe(tailor)

Monk's Belt is already in the game as a drop.
Perhaps add it as a tailoring option?
Maybe a greater monks belt with wisdom, dexterity, or discipline might be a good step up from that in higher level gear. Perhaps even superior weapon specialization unarmed if possible.
