Cordor Cobbler - "Spurred Ridding boots" But no Ride.

Much like the title says, can the cobbler have a pair of "spurred Ridding boots" without the special properties attached? Like normal boots, where the icon can be used and redecorated for enchanted stuff?
Like i know it's so minor, but a plain boot icon like that, is really nice and like to use it, but the ONLY pair boots that has it is the Spurred ridding boots, despite it being changeable like the others!
