Rename the 'Elite Guard'

It's pretty simple. Cordor's Elitie Guard are a confusing mass of NPCs that are somehow related to the 'Guard' and 'Elite', yet are actually not Elite versions of Guards, but some entirely separate organisation, which apparently all consider themselves Elite.

I would propose that instead they are renamed the 'Royal Guard'. That makes it instantly clear they're an NPC faction under the control of, and responsible to the Palace, and nothing to do with any player run guard organisations, while making them a little less pretentious.

Hmm. I'm of the mind that the one who constantly *yawns* near the gate in the Government District of Cordor should just completely be renamed to Rickety Rick. Poor sod's been yawning so much for so long, his entire body has to be Rickety at this point.

I like the idea of their being a royal guard, but I'd probably prefer all guards just had the same name. Seems a bit silly one can judge their competence from a glance.

Approved.

Hey there,

So - as many are probably aware the Cordor Elite Guard are from a narritive standpoint meant to be some pretty hot stuff in terms of skill & power. Some of their powers they are believed to be had are exceptional perceptive abilities and a capable combat arm - even if that's not always represented in game.

However - the NPC's dotted around the City of Cordor don't actually have any descriptive text. The 'power' of the king isn't really represented, nor how these characters might influence the players acting before them.

I believe that perhaps the Cordor Elite Guard NPC's should be given a descriptive text that represents their power & status.

(this is basically similar to that one, so lumping both together as approved. I've a feeling also that this one might be complete? I know Twohand did a neat change to them recently. Would apprecite confirmation)
