Henchmen for Prominent Setting Faction Members

I think it would be really cool if certain Setting faction and guildhalls had access to special henchmen NPCs that could be summoned, or kept with members of that faction as both a recognition of their status, and a fun thing for players to aim for. I think these are best tied into prominent guild hall features. They should be permanents rather then summons, as these are actual NPC representations of the power that holding this guildhall might represent. It's less about their power, then it is just 'having a neat NPC follower' though hopefully one could bring them on end tier dungeons and they wouldn't die immediately. Scaling mechanics could ensure they aren't abused.

Some examples though this is by no means an exhaustive list:

The Darrowdeep Keep could give players access to their own 'squire henchmen, or 'Men-At-Arms' npcs which would be of an appropriate power level to a level 30 epic character.

The Swamp keep could give access to some mercenaries hired to guard it.

The Abyssal Keep could grant some demonic henchmen, such as imps or warriors of entropy.

The Dreadnaught Ironclad could grant a 'Dreadnaught Slaver' henchman.

The Cordorian Warship could grant an 'Amnian Marine' henchman.

The Sibiayad fort could grant a 'Desert mercenary' henchmen.

The Castle of Bane could grant a 'knight of Bane' henchman.

The Radiant Heart Keep could grant a 'Celestial Archon' henchman.

The pirate fort could grant pirate henchman (Or perhaps the liberator)

The man point would be for these to reward a variety of players in all cities/alignments for owning guildhouses and for representing concepts that are often polarizing, or demand a certain type of roleplay. A great way to incentivize other P.Cs to be members of these factions/guildhouses or show prestige for being members.

This has been my intention for some time. I'd also like to have a location in Andunor where drow who possess nobility can purchase basic servant henchmen, and for the various ship crew to work as henchmen when the vessel is attacked (But they won't leave it)

I don't want henchmen all over the place though, so this would be heavily limited.

Approved (But this one REALLY is a lot of work)
