can this

Increases the barbarian's movement rate by 50% for 3 rounds.

be at least changed to rage level (not barbarian). It is not big buff, but at least some bonus from taking more barbarians levels.

I'll wait for input on this from Yellowcateyes, as I find that increased combat speed can be a powerful thing.

So this suggestion will remain unanswered for now.
