This system is so stupid and provides such vague information it's just a death trap waiting to happen. Can the system just be revamped or ended? Given the roll it plays in being able to force elections, the fact that it offers almost no information or not information I've been able to understand, is hugely frustrating.

That being said more will be done with settlement resources in time, and its something that Moderon and I have discussed a number of times in the past.
