Give them Spiders some Silk!

Right now, Spider Silk can be a fickle thing to find. I propose their be a 30-40% drop rate of small amounts of Spider Silk when killing spiders.

I want to keep this as it is. Silk is not intended to be too easy to obtain, and this is reflected by the recipes. Rejected.
