It is often difficult to hold a conversation on the first floor of the Arcane Tower. Between folk arranging outings by the Portal, arranging intrigue by the Speedy, and learning Jotan by the bar... then there's Westin's infernal nattering.

Is there any chance Westin could move his operation to the other side if the Arcane Tower Foyer? This would open up a proper lounge to chat left from the main room. It would also be nice if he'd recognize the Wardstones for those of us that live there

The Arcane Tower is a real RP hub, and this is a similar issue we have seen with similar NPCs elsewhere. Approved.
