Divine Voice - Bard Path

With the arrival of haks this could possibly be a whole class rather than a path, but been thinking on this for a while. It's based off of the evangelist class from pathfinder - for all those more artistically inclined gods out there. Main purpose of the class is to allow for alternative priests/priestesses rather than just being martially focused paladins/clerics - with the ability to choose Divine boons related to your deity.

Bard Path:
Loses access to Bard Song
Religious Class and therefore have alignment and racial restrictions when selecting a deity
They can consecrate and desecrate altars.

Divine Singing: the Divine Voice does suffer spell failure in armour but this reduces as they gain levels. -10% ASF at level 6, -20% at level 12, -30% at level 18, -40% at level 24 and -50% at level 28. This applies to both armour and shields.

Raise the Dead: the Divine Voice is able to call upon their patron to bring the dead back to life as if casting the raise dead spell. At level 5 they can do this once per day with an additional use per day at level 15. At level 25 they gain the ability to resurrect the dead as per the resurrection spell once per day as well.

Protective Grace: the Divine Voice's patron watches over them and they gave +1 dodge AC at level 10 with an additional dodge ac at level 20 and 28.

Divine Boon: At level 1, 6, 12, 18, 24 and 28 the Divine Voice gains a Divine Boon of their choosing. They can only choose a tier 3 boon when they have at least 18 levels as a Divine Voice.

Possible Boons: (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 - Tier 3 requires 18 levels, all spells cast with CL of Divine Voice)
Boon of the Sneak: +4 hide/move silently, 2 uses/day of invisibility, HIPS
Boon of Light: 3 uses/day of light, Glow a colour of your choice, 3 uses/day of sunburst
Boon of Hunting: +4 Spot/Listen/Search, doesn't leave tracks, ability to read tracks
Boon of the Warrior: +4 Discipline/Ride/Parry, 1 use/day of Aura of Vitality, Count as a size larger for KD/Disarm
Boon of the Magus: +2 concentration/spellcraft, Craft Wand/Scribe Scroll, can cast infinite spells from greater spell focuses(as a wizard)
Boon of the Healer: 5 uses/day of Cure light wounds, 3 uses/day of Lesser Restoration, Unlimited castings of Cure Moderate (or serious) Wounds
Boon of Speed: +5% Movement Speed (still capped), +15% movement speed (still capped), Unlimited uses of Expeditious Retreat
Boon of the Linguist: +1 Language Slot, +10 lore for understanding languages, Learn one language instantly
Boon of Illusion: +2 Bluff/Perform, 2 uses/day of greater shadow conjuration, ESF Illusion
Boon of the (Un)Dead: 2 uses/day of negative energy burst, 1 use/day of harm, Unlocks the dracolich stream
Boon of the Craftsman: 10 extra points/day for crafting, +10 on all checks for repairing items, 2 points added to all crafts

Purpose of the Boons is to diversify based off a patron with most of the benefit being after level 18 (heavy investment). Dipping in another class will only allow a player to get one Tier 3 boon, so it's a tradeoff.

This looks well thought out, but I don't want to add any more paths for the time being. They take up a lot of development time, and invariably throw up a great many balance issues.

Once have migrated as many of the current ones as possible to HAK versions then we'll be open to such suggestions again.

Rejected.
