Basically, as the title says, make party member's hit points, the one you see when you hover over them, show percentage of health instead of revealing the exact number.

I imagine this is something that might become possible with the future usage of Haks.

At any rate, it would be really nice to have that information hidden, just like with character levels the way they are hidden already in the server players window.

If this is possible with HAKs I would much prefer it, though given how we have to priortise right now I would not rate this as anywhere near an important use of our time.

Approved (But with very low expectations of it happening).
