Pale Masters and Shadow Mages

Simple suggestion. Allow Pale Master levels to count toward the 20 level requirement to get HiPS.
Since the Pale Master changes there are a few builds that work really well with the Shadow Mage path but go heavy into PM and only around 10 or 11 levels into Wizard/Sorc.
PM is essentially another arcane class, and unlike the two current classes that can unlock HiPS as a level 20 Shadow Mage PM actually has access to Hide and MS.
It's not a huge change but just something that makes sense thematically, please consider allowing PM levels to count toward the 20 level requirement for Shadow Mages to get HiPS.
