As title suggests; making a chain shirt light armor would be a nice QoL buff for some "lighter" builds, and it's meant to be light armor. Would not normally suggest, but with the advent of hak auto-downloaders this seems like something that got a lot easier.

We've always balanced these items to be medium, so doing this would likely require we revisit quite a few items, and I'm not keen to do that. Rejected.
