Can we make the Hub a purchasable property by the Districts? It doesn't have to come with the power to evict or adjust taxes, but allow it to be apart of a district so things like the food and water upticks work depending on who owns the hub and if they can afford to have those upgrades.

TL:DR Please make it so Food and Water upticks work in the Hub.

Absolutely not. It goes against the whole concept of what the hub is intended to be. (A 'neutral' area outside of settlement control) Rejected.
