Make them add 1.25 of str mod to the damage instead of 1, this way they can compete with weapons of highrer crit ranges and with bigger multipliers.

We'll be having a root& branch look at weapons at some point, the issue I always had with changing things was due to such changes not being visible in game. NWSync change that, and we'll likely do something in this area before long. Rejecting this suggestion, but will consider this approach when we look more broadly at weapon imbalance.
