Add a menu similar to -notells which allows the owner of a slave to designate who can summon their slave through the NPC Slave Caller. This would prevent the exploit of the slave caller by third parties, or the calling of a slave at inconvenient times.

Additionally, give the slave owner the option to enable or disable portal and portal lense usage by the slave.
