Scroll Case Craft Points

Hi. I noticed that scroll cases have much higher requirement for the spent crafting points compared to the other craftable boxes / containers. It requires 32 CP when the next most points is in Enchanted Jewelry Box with same DC of 22, but it only requires 26 AND it is enchanted version.
I wonder if the amount of points could be lowered from the scroll case, even if the DC would stay the same.
