Command for see pickpocket cooldown.

Hello. I have been playing as a thief this last weeks. But I had big issue about that pickpocket cooldown. The issue is, when I pickpocket PC, I don't get any alert that indicates me that I am entered to pickpocket cooldown. I need to try pickpocket another PC for see if I am in cooldown or not. And even I am in cooldown, there is no notification that indicates if cooldown is over. Because of that I lost a lot of valuable items 
. Actually script returned to owners. I request a command for see our pickpocket cooldown. Or auto messages from server for example, in every 10 second that reminds our pickpocket cooldown.
