What is this? And why? Never experienced this in a rune, was going to rune it for someone else, because I have a useful enchanting language (Draconic) ... any idea?

This is a bug~!

Happend to me once:

I had this happen when i had a strong rune in my inventory [strongest forged rune]
and i made a weak one and it outright stacked itself with my strongest rune. Basically, becomming tier 3 from tier 1. I reported this as a bug and then i experimented and noticed it didn't work. That the yellow text would appear. I just assumed it was made so you wouldn't make strongest runes out of the weak one's by mistake [or intention] i hope that is not possible anymore.

Runes should not be stackable. If they are, please continue to report it.

If you pick up a rune type, when you have a rune of a given type, or if you receive one via trade -- they automatically stack. You cannot avoid stacking them.

Runes made not to stack previously, report can be closed.
