Andunor citizens can see outcast tag

Hello my character Lesrak who is a drow and a citizen of the Table can recognise the outcast tag. I believe this is unintended. Here is a screenshot for proof with the name of the outcast in question blocked out for the sake of their privacy.

Can confirm this, my drow DT citizen could see outcast tags as well.
