Greeting!

I would have to suggest that the stag beetles under the tavern gets looked out, they spawn even for level 4's where they can easily crit past 45 damage, one shotting most adventurers... it might also give a hint why it's also full of corpses.
Since the Zone is a early zone where most adventurer isn't yet in a party i recommend looking at creating a weaker variant of the creature to replace in the spawnpool.

Oh my god, I cannot count the number of times I have gone down there with like, a level 5, with cash on hand and thought, I don't need to bank, I got this. This is way below my level and then WHAMMO critted to death!

I've dealt with this.

Should be considerably less dangerous after the next reset.
