Unable to level - Character gained too many hit points

Description of Bug Experienced:
When leveling gives the message '[Server] Character gained too many hit points.' and doesn't let me level up.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Attempt to level.

Expected Result:
Going from level 5-6 and living happily ever after.

Actual Result:
Staying at level 5 forever and ever.

Additional Information/Notes
Character: Hexpox
Race: Orog
Class: Warlock
Recently deleveled from 12-2 to remove old BG requisite feats.
Same bug fixed at last level up by a dm by deleveling character to 1 and dropping con to 10 and back up to 14(Unbuffed con).
Tried unequipping con items and trying to level, but same error pops up.
Also noticed skill points missing gets 49 at 6th level up, but should get 54.
Had an issue using -losexp aswell viewtopic.php?f=12&t=23741

Try to find a DM online, they can fix it for you.

Got a DM to help me with this online and was able to level again, issue also did not repeat at 7th level.
Still an issue with few missing skill points, but that might just be miscalculating something.
