Hello.
I have had the issue for a while, not during the first days of EE when I had a character there but after that character every time I've visited there on other characters or made a new one the village area is unbearably laggy. The basic graphics bug where the games seems like a motion picture film but worse.
Is there any way to fix this issue aside from getting a better graphics card?

Do you happen to have a graphics overhaul? There are a few of them that I know of on the workshop, and they seem to cause a lot of lag in places like Skal and Bendir. First things first, I'd try checking your subscribed workshop files, and your overrides folder to see what's there.

Basically this. I am going to work in a test to see if it aids in resolving issues in Skal and Bendir Dale. This is only by removing chimney VFX from the area.
