New Outfit Not Changing Color at Prismatic Mirror

Just bought a new silk tunic from another player. I can customize the style of the outfit, but when I go to a prismatic mirror I can't seem to change the colors. Weirdly, a few sections will change color (legs and hands and shoulders), but the rest of the outfit stays the same. I'm a newer player, so I'm not sure if this is working as intended, ie if player made clothes have locked colors determined by the crafters.

This issue sometimes does occur. When you use the rest menu, go to appearance (option 4) and you will have to go to the individual armor piece. (Chest, arms, legs, robe, etc)

From there you should be able to update the colors and override whatever is countering the changes you're trying to make.
