Couldn't find the NPC Daria Hilltop in the Arcane library (Inside the Hall of Alteration) to deliver the package.

She's in the old library in the Apex.

Thank you! Sorry thought I had explored everything, got sent to the guild hall (?) with the tree portal to Arelith Forest when I trade that portal the last time. :)
