Pyrotechnician in Bendir Dale did not recognise or accept warded package.

Cancelling quest via Use Item on warded package cancelled quest and removed quest item, but not speed limitation. Resting did not work either. Speed limitation removed via relogging successfully.

I experienced a similar issue.

A fix for this is in the pipeline, if not already live.

Confirmed fixed.
