Assassin Abilities

Just noticed that Assassin spells/abilities are subject to interruption. I hope this is a bug and not a feature, because it would be awful to have to take concentration for the exactly four or less they get. Noticed this on an pre-epic who got shot by a bugbear for literally 2 pts. of damage...and could not enact the ability.
