Description of Bug Experienced:
I cannot assign the playertool nor can i assign any class skills, they are not there on the radial menu.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Tried restarting PC, revalidating cache.

Expected Result:
To see the PlayerTool on the radial menu.

Actual Result:
nothing helps, although it works fine on other characters.

I tried screenshot but for some reason it does not show the radial menu.

Additional Information/Notes
The character with the bug is Jashie

Did you try to summon something? I lose it sometimes, summon always put it back.
