Mastery Rolls not happening

Description of Bug Experienced:
When art crafting and rolling a natural 1 at the start of a craft, no mastery roll performs despite exceeding the DC of the item. This has happened to me twice that I can think of now. please save me i dont want to lose any more theurglass because my rolls are baby
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Begin the craft of an item you exceed the DC for
- Roll a Natural 1
Expected Result:
A mastery roll performs, allowing you a chance to save the materials
Actual Result:
No mastery roll happens, and instead you just lose the materials.
