Here are a few things I found while exploring the areas:

• Upon visiting the areas for the first time, the areas do not provide adventure exp for exploration.
• The mine shaft disallows going back from the crypt-looking area to the upperdark
• As shown in the screenshot below, the "If you truy with to depart then speak with the boatman you find there." should have been...
  "If you truly wish to depart, then speak with the boatman you find there.

Minor cold trap on inner vestibule door of the Unsealed Tower: intentional?

"blank dullness, and pain." (remove comma)

Bern Runcún
"muscular man, with a bald head" (remove comma)
"a contended smile" (should be 'contented')
"pause mid action" (add hyphen, should be 'mid-action')

"a scowling Derugar female" / "A dwarf or Derugar" (should be 'Duergar')
"coal black hair" (add hyphen, should be 'coal-black')
"personaly" (should be 'personally')

Papers must be really hard to come by in the Underdark!

It costs 177gp per piece, might be mispriced.


Also, a few typos from Historian Taio:
There should be a space after the comma as shown in between "... other records, but that..."


The line below from Historian Taio should be "..., is a place quite alien..."

Paper is made from trees and there are no trees in the UD. Paper as well as wood should be rare and expensive as such.

er, parchment and vellum are derivative from animal hide, not trees. I don't see why those things would be rare in the UD. You could also just say that it is papyrus created from the pulp of fibrous mushrooms.
