Ever since the deep imaskari changed base race to human my character (Asria) has lost her racial feats

So no half elf racials:

Sleeplessness: Immune to spells and effects of the 'Sleep' subtype
Hardiness vs. Enchantments: +2 racial bonus on saving throws against mind-affecting spells
Partial Skill Affinity (Listen): +1 racial bonus to listen checks
Partial Skill Affinity (Search): +1 racial bonus to Search checks
Partial Skill Affinity (Spot): +1 racial bonus to Spot checks
Low-light Vision: Allows them to see better than normal in the dark
Bonus Feat: Dodge

but she also does not have the human racials:

Quick to Master: 1 extra feat at 1st level
Skilled: 4 extra skill points at 1st level, plus 1 additional skill point at each following level


So my question is is this intentional or a bug? seems kinda unfair to lose racials... even though they are minor

Deep Imaskari never had half-elf racials other then low light vision, are you sure that's gone?

They were only half-elves for appearance and because human bonuses are near-impossible to remove.

I think I had them before.. now im not 100% certain.. but if imaskari get human bonusses now.. shouldnt that still carry over?

The Quick To Master feat is for Humans only, you're an old Imaskari with Half-elf base, so you're losing out on that feat.
