If you are infected and cured of lycanthrophy on Surface then move to Cordor that night, you are still a werewolf. In addition to that, you can't pick up the herb and lens super fast to Cordor to eat it because even if no tick has passed across both servers it still gives you the prompt that this herb has spoiled.

EDIT: So while the cure doesn't work for that night, you are not a werewolf the following night.

Lol same thing happened while i was with a group in Mourn. Person right next to me transforms and tries to kill me, which she likely would have had i not had wards up. Fortunately at least it did not happen while we were fighting the boss. Was a fun trip heh.
