There is a spot in the treasure room near the exit portal in the Guld Vamp Crypts where you get stuck. You go to open the chest and it moved me between the book and chest. You can't get out. If you destroy the chest you can't escape, people can't push you free, and makesafe leaves you there. Someone trying to push me free got stuck.

Also not sure what's going on, I saved and logged off in the logjam. Later when I logged back in it has put me right back in the spot I was stuck at so now in the crypts stuck again.

Just as confirmation, I've also had this problem. Had to use lenses to make a dramatic escape three times.

I can also confirm this. I've had to have a DM move me once before because of it.

You get stuck on the outer section of those tiles where the colour changes from light to dark, and no amount of wriggling or -makesafe will free you.
