Minor: [Character name] item ownership bug

If you name an item just the name of a character with nothing else, it will not allow said character to edit the item name/description
Example 1: Does not work
[John Doe]
Example 2: Does work
AnythingHere [John Doe]
Overall this isn't a huge bug, but I find it's rather frequent(especially for newer players) to do the name like example 1. There's been many times over the years that I've had this happen and had to send the person a tell informing them of the bug and asking them if they can change the name.
